Inspired by the last two posts -- wine and tights -- I bought some wine colored tights and wore them to work earlier this week along with my new favorite shoes.
Found these never-been-worn 70s wooden heels thrifting with my mom over the holidays. I'm a little in love, wearing them gingerly and actually putting them away on the shelf versus burying them at the bottom of my closet under an assortment of pajama pants that need to be washed.
My vintage camel colored winter coat (look at the collar!) was my mom's - she gave it to me a few years ago and I love nothing more than wearing things that belonged to people I know, and especially that I love - and since I know and love my mom, it makes this coat pretty damn perfect.

This gives me an idea for a shoot/post. "Our Favorite Things" which would be amazing Everyday Girls we know all wearing/carrying/holding things that are 1) vintage and 2) very dear to them. I already know what I would wear...if such a shoot/post were to occur. ;)
